So What's FLYTE?

At its heart, it’s about the art of flights; little tastings of things you love (or things you’ve never tried before). Think FLYTEs of tacos, curated cocktails, beautiful wines, even small-batch beers. Why settle for one when you can try a few, compare, and discover something new?

With just 46 seats, FLYTE is an intimate spot with a cosy, playful spirit. Whether you’re popping in for a quick taco FLYTE at lunch, or settling in for an evening of exploring cocktails, beers and wine. The whole idea is “casual plus”; relaxed and approachable, but with the kind of care and quality that makes it feel special.

Built with the Community

From the start, we’ve wanted FLYTE to feel rooted in Henley. That’s why we’ll be working with local producers like Stanlake Park, Fairmile Vineyard and Renegade, alongside other brilliant makers from Oxfordshire and Berkshire.

we want to build FLYTE with you.

The Cocktail Boss 🧪:

  • You're a shaker, stirrer, and storyteller.

  • You love the science, art, and theatre of cocktails.

  • You’ve got your classics down but you live for the twist.

The FLYTE Expert 🌮🍷

  • This one’s a little different. You’re not “just” a bartender; you’re a guide through flavour.

  • You’ll serve FLYTEs of wine, tacos, and cocktails with warmth and curiosity.

  • This role is all about engagement, presentation, and learning.

 

Don’t worry if you’re not a wine expert yet; every member of our team will be supported through training, including becoming WSET Level 1 qualified at one of Berkshire’s best vineyards before we even open our doors.
